Senior Design Position - Price Group

Half-Wits Need Not Apply! If you have half a mind to become part of the creative team at The Price Group, stop reading.

We need a designer with a head full of wit and advertising savvy.

(Just so you know, ALL our employees regularly use both their right and left brains to help create brilliant work for our clients.)

We’re thinking it takes most people a good 4 years of agency or comparable experience to get their wits about them. That experience should encompass:

• Web development, digital advertising and graphic design production skills

- Comfortable working within WordPress CMS

- Familiarity with FTP clients

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS required

- Experience with WPBakery, Elementor and/or Custom Fields a bonus

• Identity, collateral/print/traditional advertising and graphic design chops

• If you can occasionally write some copy, also a bonus

• An impressive digital or web portfolio

As a designer at The Price Group, you must think strategically as well as creatively. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of projects and clients, from small and intimate to large and exciting. You’ll manage your own account list while being open to creative direction from a supervisor and your peers.

At The Price Group, how we work together is just as important as the work we do. We need to be able to count on you as much as you can count on us.

As part of the creative team, you will:

• Meet with clients to discuss marketing objectives and project requirements

• Work with the creative team to develop concepts that meet those needs utilizing your graphic design prowess

• Work with the Art Director to develop production estimates

• Design and produce graphics in a Mac environment

• With the team, present concepts to clients

• Articulate your ideas while being open to others

• Work with vendors to ensure proper function and/or quality of the end product

• Celebrate a job well done while working on the other bazillion projects on your list (OK, maybe only half a bazillion)

In return, you’ll get some great benefits, including health care, 4.5-day work week, a hybrid work-from-home schedule, generous PTO and a retirement plan—not to mention a great place to work. We’ve got this cool mix of professionalism and playfulness that’s hard to beat (ask any Groupie to show you their custom Nerf dart gun). It’s part of our philosophy: balancing strategic, left-brain thinking with kick-ass, right-brain creative.

If both sides of your brain are fired up, contact Chris Rios for more information at chris@pricegroupinc.com or 806-763-5033.
